  1. Purpose and Consent

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of products and services provided by ALGOMONEO LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) through a platform available on the web interface and mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you are not authorized to use the Platform.

 

  1. Definitions

User: Any natural or legal person who uses the Platform.

Token: A digital asset issued by a third party, traded on third-party exchanges.

Third-Party Exchange: An external platform for trading digital assets over which ALGOMONEO LLC has no control.

USDT: The digital currency Tether (USDT), a stablecoin pegged to the value of the US dollar.

Locked Deposit: The amount of USDT that a user locks for a certain period to receive a monthly reward.

Minimum Deposit: The lowest possible amount a user can deposit in a given tier.

Monthly Reward: The percentage a user earns monthly from their locked deposit.

Reward Withdrawal Fee: The percentage of the reward that is deducted upon withdrawal.

Locking Period: The number of days during which the deposit is locked and cannot be accessed.

 

  1. User Accounts and Security

Registration and Account Creation: To access some features of the Platform, it is necessary to create a user account. The user is required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and to keep this information up-to-date. Locked USDT deposits must be locked for the specified period for users to receive the monthly reward.

Protection of Access Credentials: The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted on their account. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of the account.

Security Measures: The Company recommends that users use strong passwords, two-factor authentication, and other security measures to protect their account.

 

  1. Use of the Platform

Legal Use: The user agrees to use the Platform only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms. Any unauthorized use of the Platform may result in immediate termination of access.

Prohibited Activities: The user must not use the Platform for any illegal or harmful purposes, including, but not limited to, market manipulation, money laundering, financing terrorism, and other illegal activities.

 

  1. Locked Deposits

Services Provided by ALGOMONEO LLC: ALGOMONEO LLC offers users the option to lock their USDT for a period according to the conditions listed on the Algomoneo platform, thereby earning a monthly reward based on the amount of the deposit. After the locking period ends, the user may transfer their USDT to their private wallet or continue locking it to keep earning rewards based on the amount of locked USDT and the conditions listed on the Algomoneo platform. Rewards are credited to the user’s account in proportional amounts daily, and the user can manage these rewards at their discretion.

Trading Risks: Trading cryptocurrencies involves a high risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Users should consider their investment experience, financial situation, and risk tolerance before starting to trade.

Third-Party Tokens: ALGOMONEO LLC is not responsible for any issues related to third-party tokens or their trading on third-party exchanges. Users are responsible for their own trading decisions and for performing due diligence before investing in any token.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

No Warranties: ALGOMONEO LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information on the Platform. The Platform is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: ALGOMONEO LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or other intangible losses arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

Force Majeure: ALGOMONEO LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or delays in fulfilling its obligations caused by events beyond its control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, floods, fires, terrorist attacks, wars, bans, government regulations, or other force majeure events.

 

  1. Changes to the Terms

Update of Terms: The Company reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and users will be informed of them. Continued use of the Platform after the changes have been posted signifies acceptance of the new Terms.

Effectiveness of Changes: Changes to the Terms take effect upon their posting on the Platform.

ALGOMONEO LLC offers the following service tiers with various parameters:

Minimum Deposit: 100.00 USDT

Monthly Reward: 1.00% (Annual Yield: 12.00%)

Locking Period: 365 days

Tier 2

Minimum Deposit: 500.00 USDT

Monthly Reward: 1.10% (Annual Yield: 13.20%)

Locking Period: 365 days

Tier 3

Minimum Deposit: 1,000.00 USDT

Monthly Reward: 1.20% (Annual Yield: 14.40%)

Locking Period: 365 days

Tier 4

Minimum Deposit: 5,000.00 USDT

Monthly Reward: 1.50% (Annual Yield: 18.00%)

Locking Period: 365 days

Tier 5

Minimum Deposit: 10,000.00 USDT

Monthly Reward: 1.70% (Annual Yield: 20.40%)

Locking Period: 365 days

Tier 6

Minimum Deposit: 50,000.00 USDT

Monthly Reward: 1.90% (Annual Yield: 22.80%)

Locking Period: 365 days

Tier 7

Minimum Deposit: 100,000.00 USDT

Monthly Reward: 2.10% (Annual Yield: 25.20%)

Locking Period: 365 days

Tier 8 – Private Club

Deposit: 500,000 USDT

  1. Final Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and ALGOMONEO LLC regarding the use of the Platform and supersede any prior oral or written agreements or contracts between the parties. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
